Pre-COVID19 pandemic, PostReality attempted to align itself as a tool to augmented research posters at academic conferences. As the pandemic led to a pause in business, I joined the team and worked on strategizing a new way to bring in business. Working with two other business developers, we strategized a new way to bring life to the Augmented Reality company.
Our strategy involved switching our sales efforts from academic conferences to product manufacturers and marketing firms. By targeting these types of agencies, the firm was able to bring in new business.
Part of our restrategizing efforts involed creating new marketing material and an “enterprise” section on the product’s website.
